Meet Cynthia

Cynthia Romero is the owner and creative force behind De Colores Balloon Creations, a Walla Walla–based balloon event décor business serving Dayton, the Tri-Cities, Milton-Freewater, and Pendleton.

What began three years ago as a passion for interior design — and a desire to create a beautiful, memorable birthday celebration for her daughter — quickly blossomed into a thriving business. Cynthia discovered that balloons were more than party décor; they were a way to transform spaces, elevate events, and bring color and joy to life’s most meaningful moments.

Today, she specializes in custom balloon installations and event styling that turn ordinary spaces into vibrant, photo-worthy experiences. With an eye for design and a heart for celebration, Cynthia brings creativity, detail, and a personal touch to every event she creates.
