Booking & Payment

  • 50% non refundable deposit required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balance due within 72 hours of the event.

  • We Accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Credit Card & Cash payment.

Cancellations

In the event that the client cancels or postpones any installations, rentals and/or decorations for the event, the deposit will not be refunded. A credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit , which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date. Should the event be cancelled within a week of the event date a credit will be issued in the amount of the paid in full balance which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date.

Changes & Modifications

Design changes accepted within a week before the event, additional charges may incur.

Location changes must be communicated within 24 hours.

Set Up & Delivery

  • Setup time: Typically 1-3 hours depending on complexity

  • Delivery fee applies outside 15-mile radius

  • Client responsible for venue access arrangements

Additional Information

  • Balloons typically last 5-7 days indoors

  • Outdoor installations subject to weather conditions

  • Last minute installs are welcomed depending on our availability
